About Teampact
We started with a simple question: why is it so hard to know what's happening in your own programme?
Our story
Teampact was born out of frustration. Organisations running after-school programmes, sports coaching, and community interventions had no simple way to track what was actually happening on the ground. Paper registers got lost. Spreadsheets were always out of date. Funders asked for data that took weeks to compile.
We built Teampact to fix that — a platform designed from day one for the realities of programme delivery in Southern Africa: low connectivity, shared devices, busy facilitators, and the need for data that's accurate, immediate, and useful.
Today, Teampact is used by organisations across South Africa to track millions of sessions and tens of thousands of participants. We're still a small team, still close to our users, and still building every feature based on what the field actually needs.

What we believe
Built for the field
We design for low connectivity, shared devices, and busy facilitators — not perfect office Wi-Fi.
Data should be easy
If your team can't use it, the data doesn't matter. Every feature is tested with real field workers.
Transparency for everyone
From field worker to funder, everyone sees the same truth. No gatekeeping, no silos.
